INSTALLATION CHECK AND SERVICE.
Our official installation partner, BP Chargemaster, guarantee a reliable solution from a single source, including consultation, delivery,
installation and start-up. If additional work is required on the house to connect the charging station, the qualified electrician will make a
personal and transparent offer.

Standard installation comprises:
• Supply, mounting and 1-phase connection of BMW i Wallbox
• Up to 15m of suitable cable
• Running and connection of cable from BMW i Wallbox to Domestic consumer unit
• Drilling of one wall if required for cable run
• Suitable circuit protection devices
• Additional circuit protection enclosure if required due to lack of space in consumer unit
• 36 months warranty

Please note; for smartphone/remote access to the BMW i Wallbox Connect via the BMW iV App, a sufficient WLAN (WiFi) network
connection is required at the location of the Wallbox. If no or insufficient signal is available – any remedial work required to increase or
provide a sufficient WiFi signal is not included.

BMW iV APP.
The BMW iV App allows the customer to access the latest
information via the BMW i Wallbox Connect. It provides feedback
on charging status and displays power consumption every time
the vehicle is charged. The BMW iV App also allows presetting of
the duration and volume of charging, and each vehicle charging

operation is easy to start and finish via smartphone . The app is
available for Apple iOS and Android devices.

MY BMW APP.
The extended arm of BMW i on a smartphone – ensuring you
have everything in view all the time. My BMW App for iOS and
Android gives you detailed information regarding the current
status of your BMW i or BMW plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
This includes range display, battery and charge status, service
messages and also the car’s location.
What is more, the My BMW App helps customers plan their route
by providing important destination details such as vacant charging
stations. The app is available for Apple iOS
and Android devices.
