        CHARGE NOW.
        The mobility service ChargeNow enables quick and easy use of public charging points. BMW i Partner charging points can be found
        using the car’s integrated ConnectedDrive navigation system, the My BMW App or on the BMW ChargeNow homepage. Use and
        payment is cashless with the ChargeNow card, which can be used for all UK ChargeNow partners. Billing is made once a month and
        provides an overview of all charging events and costs.

        BMW CHARGING MANAGEMENT
        AT A GLANCE.
        With BMW Charging Management it is possible to charge your
        BMW i and BMW PHEV vehicle in a comfortable and optimised way.
        Furthermore we provide full transparency with a charging history
        of already performed charging session within the My BMW App.
        With a specified electricity tariff, BMW Charging Management
        can preferentially select the cheapest charging periods. In order
        to achieve tariff-optimised charging savings, you only need an
        energy tariff which supports on/off-peak energy prices. Gain full
        transparency and get insights into your vehicle’s energy demand,
        the actual charging process and history. Keep an eye on your
        charging costs and savings – anytime and anywhere.

        ASSISTANCE, TRANSPARENCY
        AND MOBILITY.
        BMW i keeps you mobile in every situation. If you need help on
        the road, BMW i Mobile Care is available to get you on your way
        whether you have an issue with the car, charging it, or in the
        unlikely event that you run out of range.
        When you buy a BMW i vehicle, it comes with the comprehensive
        BMW i Mobile Care package. This means that professional help
        is available over the phone for any unforeseen events that affect
        the vehicle or charging, and provides assistance quickly at your
        location, if needed. In the event of an emergency, assistance is
        available 24 hours a day wherever you are in the UK. Help is on
        hand to either take your vehicle to the nearest BMW i Agent or
        to find the most practical way of recharging the vehicle. In the
        unfortunate event of your vehicle being off the road, we provide
        a two working day car hire period so that you can remain mobile,
        keeping inconvenience to a minimum.*

        * Car hire will be the loan of a conventional vehicle. Like-for-like replacements are not applicable as
         part of the BMW i Mobile Care Service terms. BMW cannot be held responsible for any costs or
         losses as a result of a customer’s vehicle being off the road for any reason.
